For individuals whose yearly income exceeds 19,500 euros, the standard procedure involves electronically filing an income declaration. This process is designed to ensure that individuals with higher incomes fulfill their tax obligations accurately and efficiently.
- No Obligation Below the Tax Threshold:
For individuals whose yearly income falls below the threshold of 19,500 euros, there is no obligation to pay taxes. In such cases, there is no requirement to file a tax declaration. This provision simplifies the process for those with lower incomes and ensures that the tax system remains fair and accessible to all.
